This exciting opportunity is perfect for newly qualified or early career teachers who are eager to make a lasting impact, develop their classroom practice, and grow within a nurturing school community. Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday Location: Middlesbrough & Stockton-on-Tees What You Need QTS or pending QTS (Early Career Teachers encouraged to apply) A passion for working with young people and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons Strong communication and organisational skills A reflective, proactive approach to teaching and learning The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families Two recent references (school-based if possible) Key Responsibilities Deliver inspiring, well-structured lessons tailored to diverse learning needs Create a positive, inclusive classroom culture where all pupils feel valued and supported Use assessment and feedback effectively to track progress and inform planning Implement school behaviour policies and promote positive student engagement Work closely with department leads, mentors, and senior staff to develop your practice Contribute to the wider school community, including pastoral responsibilities and extracurricular involvement Build strong relationships with parents and carers, supporting a collaborative approach to pupil success Why Join Milk Education?
