The Pharmacy team at Pulse are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Senior Specialist Pharmacist, Haematology/Oncology in Central London. The successful Pharmacist will be required to work full-time. This role is available to start ASAP; the pay rate for this job is up to £39.00 per hour.   Position:  Senior Specialist Pharmacist – Haematology/Oncology Banding:  8a Location : Central London Hours:  37.5 Payrate:  £34.00 – £39.00/h Start Date:  ASAP Duration: 3 Months  Essential skills: GPhC registered. Relevant Pharmacy qualification. 2 Years NHS experience. Duties: To be an expert in pharmaceutical matters for the treatment of childhood cancer. To be a member of a team of specialist pharmacists delivering a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to the Haematology and Oncology Departments.  To manage and further develop the ward based pharmacy service on the Inpatient Haematology/Oncology wards. To promote and contribute to the education and training of healthcare professionals. To promote and contribute to the education and training of staff working or rotating through the Cytotoxics unit.
