Joining this team means contributing to world-class products that shape the future of air travel.Your new roleProduce 3D models of parts & assemblies.Produce 2D detail drawings of parts and 2D assembly drawing.Produce electrical harness routing and equipment layouts.Produce 2D and 3DPDFs of electrical harness and equipment layouts.Assembly and BOM configuration.Release of engineering drawings followingpany release procedures.Change management of engineering drawings followingpany release procedures.Support prototype hardware build through NPI development.Contribute to design solutions.Work collaboratively as part of an integrated project team.Deliver work packages to the project plan.Work within thepany procedures as laid out in the Design Office Handbook.What you'll need to succeedHold a relevant Degree/Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or a minimum of 2 years working in an engineering environmentPrevious experience with one of the design software packages such as AutoCad, Pro E, Solidworks, Catia etcProficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills to interface with customers, manufacturing, suppliers and productionResults driven with a can-do attitude to ensure solutionsAbility to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customersDesirableExperience of Electrical Design within a design and manufacturing environmentPrevious 3D Harness routing or Pipe routing experiencePrevious experience writing test plans/reportsWhat you'll get in returnAnnual bonus (linked topany performance)33 days annual leave (Increase after 5 years' service) hours per weekFlexi time working£5,000 employee referral bonusHealth cash planContributory Salary Sacrifice Pension SchemeHoliday Purchase Scheme – Salary SacrificeElectric Car Scheme – Salary SacrificeCycle to Work SchemeLife Assurance Scheme at x4 gross salaryIVF & Assisted Conception PolicyWomen in Business – Corporate MemberWellbeing InitiativesEmployee Recognition schemeLong Service AwardsLocal charity / sponsorship activitiesDedicated employee parkingDiscounted Gym membershipLearning and development opportunitiesCareer progression
