You'll be stepping into an established desk with immediate access to: Extensive candidate database built over years of market presence Comprehensive list of national PSLs (Preferred Supplier Lists) Strong relationships with private practice law firms across the region Proven track record of successful placements and client partnerships What You'll Be Doing Business Development: Proactively win new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and relationship building Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with private practice law firms across the South West Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract and interview high-quality legal professionals across all levels Market Mapping: Develop deep understanding of the legal market and emerging opportunities Deal Management: Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief to successful placement Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed billing targets through strategic account management What We're Looking For Essential Experience: Proven track record in recruitment with demonstrable business development success Experience sourcing and interviewing professionals at all levels Strong new business development skills using multiple methodologies Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Highly Desirable: Legal recruitment experience working with private practice law firms Knowledge of the South West legal market Professional services recruitment background Understanding of legal practice areas and career progression paths What We Offer Financial Package: Significant increase on current basic salary plus our market-leading commission structure Career Progression: Clear pathway to leadership roles as we expand the business Flexibility: Hybrid working arrangements to support work-life balance Resources: Access to established desk, comprehensive databases, and national PSL agreements Support: Join an experienced team with proven success in the legal recruitment market Growth: Be part of an expanding business within a larger group structure Ready to Take the Next Step?
