About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work alongside teachers to create inclusive learning experiences that help every pupil feel supported, valued, and inspired. You Will: Support teachers in delivering creative lessons tailored to individual needs Work one-to-one and in small groups to overcome learning barriers Encourage positive behaviour, wellbeing, and social interaction Prepare materials and maintain an organised learning environment Collaborate with a caring team committed to pupil growth Who We’re Looking For GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above Passion for supporting children and young people Strong communication skills and a caring, patient attitude Experience with children/young people (desirable, not essential) Calm, adaptable, proactive team player Why Join Acorn Education?
