About the roleAs a Technician 2 with expertise in the IT domain, you will collaborate with our client’s Technical team. You will be responsible for Technical/IT support.Our client is currently looking for a recruit to join their current team. Below are the job details for your reference:You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between till Monday to Friday.Contract Period: 3-Nov-25 to 3-Nov-25Location: KentRoles and Responsibilities:Re-Install – Ground Floor – 2x Quiet Rooms (2 & 3) (CC to install monitor screens on to newly supplied monitor arms – Arms supplied by property monitors to be installed by CC), 1x Semi-Quiet Room, 2x Counter Positions, 3x Admin Desks, 1x ID scanner & 1x Network Printer (Admin)Re-Install – First Floor - 3x Quiet Rooms (CC to install monitor screens on to newly supplied monitor arms – Arms supplied by property monitors to be installed by CC) & 1x Network Printer (Location TBC)Install – Ground Floor – 1x Customer Self Service Room & 1x Tech Bar (Tech bar may require a tablet but TBC), 1x Kensington lock to be installed for the Tech bar.• Every engineer must ensure they have the appropriate PPE kit – hat, high-vis jacket, steel cap boots, goggles, gloves and nose mask, especially on sites that have been dmissioned and are not open branches.• Storage boxes must be filled per position for removal from the site. – Please note that some sites may not be ready and may be undergoing construction work during the visit.As part of your duties, it is imperative that you read and understand the documents and information contained within the email sent to you prior to your visit. You must be able to access this information on-site and also have a hard copy of the ‘Sign-off sheet’.
