NHS UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL - Consultant Radiologist with special interest in Gynecological RadiologyTriple West Medical have been assigned by an NHS University Hospital to help source and recommend to them a Consultant Radiologist with special interest in Gynecological Radiology on a substantive basis.Our client is seeking exceptionally motivated individuals to join their friendly dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Trust which has clearly managed it's services well and provides excellent leadership.The Radiology department has 28 whole time equivalent consultant radiologists (adult and paediatric) who provide a tertiary level radiology service to the region.The Radiology department has 15 Radiology Specialist Trainees (STs) at any time as part of the School of Radiology and the STs staff an on-call rota at a frequency of approximately 1:11 which is EWTD compliant. There is a separate consultant rota for the Paediatric Radiologycomponent of the service which is also supported by the STs. The junior staff report to the Clinical Director for day-to-day governance issues and are supervised by Clinical / Educational Supervisors and the Deanery for training purposes.The department operates an Insignia PACS and HSS ‘CRIS' radiology information system.
