As a small-sized team, they prioritise effective data use to enhance their operations and provide high-quality services.Job DescriptionAnalyse and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.Collaborate with the Analytics department to support key decision-making processes.Create and present clear, concise reports for internal stakeholders.Maintain and improve existing data models and dashboards.Identify trends and patterns to support strategic initiatives.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all projects.Assist in implementing best practices for data analysis and reporting.Communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.The Successful ApplicantA successful Data and Insights Analyst should have:Experience working with large datasets and delivering data insights.Proficiency in data visualisation tools and techniques (Power BI/ MS Excel)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of public sector operations is an advantage.Ability to communicate complex data in an understandable manner.Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.What's on OfferCompetitive daily rate, depending on experience.Contract position offering flexible working arrangements (one day per week in the office).Chance to collaborate with a skilled Analytics team.This is an excellent opportunity for a Data and Insights Analyst to contribute to meaningful work in the public sector.
