What the day will look like

Will be involved within the end-to-end Reinsurance placement process, coordinating with the various relevant company functions and with the support of the management team Technical and administrative support for the Account Executive team in placing and servicing Facultative Reinsurance Processing of placements and liaising with offshore teams to ensure invoices are prepared and issued on time Generation and review of contractual documentation (including contract wordings, endorsements, invoices, and evidence of cover) Resolution of queries received from clients and reinsurers – liaising with colleagues within other departments and local offices as necessary Collection and analysis of data necessary for the preparation of market submissions and presentations Working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Prior experience in insurance and/or reinsurance brokerage, ideally in the Financial Lines sector, familiar in placing Crime, D&O and Cyber products on the Reinsurance market. Excellent data analysis and processing skills, with attention to detail Great communication and teamworking skills - Knowledge of other languages (Italian, Greek, Spanish) is going to be considered as a plus. Data analysis abilities Ability to read a balance sheet, knowledge of the financial institutions sector Good level of IT competency (good level in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word) Experience of working in a client-facing environment Customer orientation, result orientation and analytical skills Ability to work in an environment where deadlines must be adhered to
