Your newpany A high potential, high growth, product-led business supplying the medical sector across the UK is looking to engage a new Finance Manager to help them formalise and realise their potential for development on a permanent basis.Your new role Heading a small finance function, you will be responsible for leading and assisting both operational and strategic facets, partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the business from manufacturing and sales through to board level, to drive financial excellence with a view to improving EBITDA whilst accelerating growth. You will manage the transactional finance team, be responsible for the production of management and financial accounts, partner with the board to analyse and share review of growth plans and partner with the business as they re-centralise full financial controls.What you'll need to succeed Experience within the medical / health sector is desirable but not essential. You will be ACCA / CIMA qualified and have experience in high growth / SME settings where business needs vary and flexibility within your role profile is essential to the success of accelerating growth. You will have partnered with business leaders on strategic direction, and have demonstrable experience of managing risk through growth planning.
