As a medium-sized company, they are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and maintaining a robust financial structure.Job DescriptionLead financial planning and analysis to support commercial strategies.Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and cost control.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessments.Support decision-making with detailed financial modelling and analysis.Manage and mentor a small team within the finance department.The Successful ApplicantA successful Commercial Finance Controller should have:A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.Proven experience in financial management within the FMCG industry.Strong analytical skills with a focus on commercial decision-making.Excellent knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000 per annum + 15% bonus.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work in the thriving FMCG industry.A permanent role based in Windsor with room for growth.Collaborative and professional work environment.
