Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant – South Tyneside Location: South Tyneside (commutable from South Shields, Jarrow, Hebburn) Contract: Long-term, Full-time Start date: ImmediateSome children need a little extra structure, understanding, and encouragement — and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Level 3 SEND TA to join a specialist provision that supports pupils with moderate learning difficulties, autism and speech and language needs.Each day will bring new challenges and new smiles. You’ll help children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn — whether that’s through sensory sessions, social stories, or celebrating small wins.Key responsibilities: Supporting pupils across the curriculum and in structured play Helping implement EHCP targets Assisting with personal care or mobility where needed Creating a positive, inclusive environment for all learners You’ll join a school that values creativity, teamwork, and wellbeing.
