Can work effectively within a team but possess the ability to work autonomously. Are resilient and able to think in broad terms whilst also having the capability to execute multiple day-to-day tasks. Are heavily goal orientated and possess a willingness to exceed expectations Some of the key responsibilities include: Engaging with our client base to explore their recruitment needs. Resourcing candidates using a number of different methods and social media platforms. Coordinating interviews and managing diaries. Acquiring, developing and retaining strong, long-lasting, meaningful client relationships.
