Full Time | Permanent Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor ready to take the next step in your legal career? We’re working with a leading law firm renowned for its supportive culture, high-quality work, and commitment to professional growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 2-8 years PQE to join a thriving Employment team handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. ? The Role: As part of this dynamic and well-respected department, you’ll work closely with both employer and employee clients, providing expert advice on: Employment contracts, policies, and procedures Disciplinary and grievance issues Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution TUPE and restructuring Settlement agreements Discrimination and whistleblowing claims ? What We’re Looking For: 2–8 years PQE in Employment Law A strong understanding of employment legislation and tribunal procedures Excellent client care and communication skills A proactive and commercial approach to legal work The ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision ?
