The company focuses on modern engineering, cloud transformation, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions that help enterprises modernise and scale their operations.About the RoleWe're looking for a UI/UX Lead to take ownership of design across web and mobile products. You'll drive the end-to-end design process, set standards, and ensure user-focused delivery within a fast-moving digital environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle UI/UX designCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visualsConduct user research and usability testingMaintain design guidelines and best practicesCollaborate with product and engineering teamsEnsure accessibility, responsiveness, and UX qualityMentor UI/UX designers and support team decision-makingRequired Skills & Experience7+ years UI/UX experience, including 2+ in a lead roleStrong portfolio across web and mobileHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; experience with React or AngularUnderstanding of RESTful APIs and MuleSoft integrationExperience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)Strong grasp of UX principles and accessibility standardsComfortable working with Git, CI/CD, and Agile teamsDegree in Design, HCI, or related fieldTechnical SkillsExperience designing for government or citizen-facing platformsFamiliarity with API-led connectivity and MuleSoft architectureStrong understanding of responsive design and UI engineering basicsIf you're a hands-on design leader ready to drive user-centric product experiences, we'd be interested in speaking with you.
