They are looking for a new member for their Mental Health Team. These are close-knit team with extremely supportive and experienced managers, capped caseloads, and excellent learning and development opportunities. The ideal candidate for the Social Work role will have several years experience in a relevant Mental Health teams. You will have experience working within Mental Health Care and Support Teams and supporting adults with mental health needs.The post-holder will undertake social care assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014 and hold a caseload of service users requiring complex case management.
