Join our dynamic team in beautiful Brighton, where you will have the chance to work in a supportive and nurturing environment, providing high-quality care to our youngest patients. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care children, and adolescents in a variety of settings, including general paediatric wards, paediatric emergency department and paediatric intensive care units. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and carry out treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans. Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Offer emotional support and comfort to children and their families during challenging times. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control protocols. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United Kingdom. Paediatric Nursing Qualification. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Previous paediatric nursing experience is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and empathetic nature. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
