What would I be doing day to day? Key duties: Act as the key point of contact for general People queries Manage the new hire onboarding and RTW processes for UK and Germany Ad hoc support with TA coordination and screening Execute all events and internal communication programs Manage all engagement programs and initiatives Maintain the HRIS and process any changes for HR and TA Provide support with contract generation, paperwork and general queries Assist with any relevant company-wide updates including policies, org structures and job descriptions What is the company looking for?
