This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for SEND and Inclusion,mitted to delivering outstanding oues for every child.As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead a provision thatbines tailored learning with inclusion in mainstream settings, ensuring pupils thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.What You’ll DoDeliver high-quality, adaptive teaching for pupils with SEMH andplex SEND needs.Lead and inspire a team towards outstanding practice.Design and implement a tailored curriculum aligned with EHCPs and the National Curriculum.Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external agencies.Promote inclusive strategies and dynamic learning techniques to unlock every child’s potential.What We’re Looking ForProven ability to teach pupils with SEMH needs using engaging, creative approaches.Strong leadership skills to manage staff and drive excellence.Reflective, solution-focused mindset with initiative to ovee challenges.Experience in Early Years or Primary settings, with transferable skills for SEND.Ability to adapt learning for cognition andmunication needs.What We OfferFantastic pupils who are eager to learn.A dedicated, well-resourced learning space.A supportive, inclusive team focused on well-being.Career development opportunities, including training in Thrive-based approaches.
