Senior Electronics Test EngineerSalary: £35, - £50,Location: Essex CoastWe're working with a leading UK-based electronics manufacturer that designs and produces high-performance test and measurement systems used in aerospace, automotive, and advanced technology sectors. The company operates internationally and continues to invest in innovative product development and engineering excellence.The Senior Electronics Test Engineer will play a key role in ensuring new and existing products meet rigorous specifications and quality standards. This role involves leading complex test projects, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to product reliability and performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead testing of new and legacy products to the highest standardsRun complex test projects and measurements, liaising with colleagues worldwideDevelop C++ (or similar) applications for automated test systemsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesSupport and mentor technicians and junior engineers as neededEnsure all test documentation is accurate and up-to-dateKey Skills and Experience:Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experienceStrong expertise in analog and digital electronics, circuit design, signal processing, and debuggingProficiency in programming with C++ (or similar) for automated testingExperience using oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, logic analysers, and other test equipmentExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyCoaching, mentoring, and collaboration skillsAdaptable, approachable, and flexibleWhat's on Offer:Competitive salary up to £50,25 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell up to 10 days)Life insurance (4x salary)Corporate gym and spa membershipRegular reviews and performance-related pay increasesWellbeing and mental health support programmeFunded professional training and further education sponsorshipSocial events including summer festival and Christmas celebrationsOpportunities for international collaboration and travelFree tea, coffee, and fresh fruitInterested?
