The selected candidate will be responsible for executing the strategy for the Defined Contributions Pensions Product across Europe with responsibilities that include: Performing launches and post launch assessments/ rmendations. Responsible for Product Management Lifecycle activities such as defining the target client segment market and evaluating industry trends and uncovering opportunities. Developing market insight by defining the target client segment markets and evaluating European Defined Contribution industry trends. Formulating strategy for the group by aligning cross functional teams, uncovering opportunities and determining life cycle states Shaping the value proposition, develop the business case and define the marketing mix model as part of the new product planning process Lead in introducing new products to the market by securing regulatory approvals, publishing marketing material and conducting sales training Assessing industry movement and refine value based pricing post the launch of new product. Attending and presenting at industry events and publish in industry publications Providing sales support including presenting at client and prospect meetings Creating strategies for cross-program coordination and go-to market rollouts Carries outplex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity Conducts post launch audits, tracks product success, analyses P &L, metrics, KPIs, Makes rmendations for improvements to promotional programs The ideal candidate should have a fair amount of the following skills & experience: Proven ability to lead initiatives relating to client segmentation, evaluating market trends and uncovering opportunities Prior experience serving as a multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills are required. Proficient in constructing/overseeing logical and conclusive presentations, distillingplex subject matter into management-ready materials Proven track record in building key relationships, influencing and negotiating with clients, partners and leaders across multiple disciplines Prior program or project management experience is advantageous; planning, analysis, design andernance Strong knowledge of business strategy development is necessary to provide long term planning and to manage the profitability/performance of a major business segment. Leadership and organizational skills to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.
