This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a wide range of infrastructure, drainage, and development projects across the UK - all within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values professional growth and technical excellence.The Role As a Civil Engineer, you'll take a hands-on role in the design, coordination, and delivery of civil engineering projects from concept through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.Undertake feasibility studies, site assessments, and investigations.Manage and coordinate civil works throughout all project stages.Produce calculations for highways, drainage, and earthworks using software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, and AutoCAD.Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure technical and safety compliance.Support project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.Conduct site visits and provide technical input during construction.Ensure all work meets CDM Regulations and health and safety standards.Skills & ExperienceDegree-qualified in Civil Engineering (BEng/BSc or MEng/MSc).Proven experience in UK civil or infrastructure engineering.Proficient in AutoCAD and civil design software (e.g., Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, or Revit).Strong knowledge of UK design standards (DMRB, Sewers for Adoption, BS/EN).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.What's on OfferCompetitive salary and flexible benefits package.ICE-approved training and clear progression to chartership.Professional development support, including training and fee reimbursement.Pension, private healthcare, and life insurance.Interest-free travel loan scheme.33 days annual leave (including public holidays), plus buy/sell options.Bonus schemes, loyalty rewards, and qualification awards.Opportunities to work on diverse, high-profile UK projects.If interested, please apply or get in touchWill Herman 07581619823Aldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality.
