HR Advisor, Temporary with possible scope for permanentManufacturing, GranthamAbout Our ClientPageGroup are delighted to support a manufacturing business based in Grantham with the appointment of a Temporary HR Advisor to join a busy generalist role.Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully site based working.This role can consider full time or part time (4 days) applicantsThe role is a temporary contract with possible scope for permanent in future.Job DescriptionThe role of HR Advisor will report to a HR Director and take full responsibility for the full, generalist people lifecycle at a busy manufacturing site.This will include but not limited to:Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.Assist with recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.Manage a wide range of employee relations caseworkMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.Monitor absence records and provide support in absence management processes.Conduct HR-related reporting and analysis to support decision-making.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.The Successful ApplicantA successful HR Advisor should have:Experience within a similar HR Advisor roleAvailable at short notice for this temporary assignmentWhat's on OfferUp to Circa £34500 - FTEOpen to full time or part time applicantsTemporary role with possible scope for permanent in future
