What You’ll Do: Develop & deliver sales strategy – create and implement sales plans aligned with company objectives. Set ambitious targets – lead from the front by setting, tracking and reaching sales and profit goals. Lead & inspire – manage and motivate high-performing sales and estimating teams, driving accountability and success. Forecast & analyse – monitor performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Build relationships that last – engage with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders at a senior level. Close key deals – support strategic negotiations and ensure long-term commercial growth. What We’re Looking For: Proven success in a senior sales leadership role within building products, glazing and fenestration sector. A strong commercial mindset – able to balance strategic vision with hands-on leadership. Experience driving multi-regional or national sales teams to deliver exceptional results.
