This could be the perfect opportunity for you. We’re working with a well-regarded law firm that is seeking a driven and enthusiastic NQ Solicitor to join their growing Employment Law team. This is a fantastic role for someone who is commercially astute, confident in dealing with clients, and looking to build a long-term career in a specialist area. What You’ll Be Doing: Advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters Supporting on contentious and non-contentious issues, including disciplinary processes, redundancies, and employment tribunal claims Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements Working closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex advisory work What We’re Looking For: Recently qualified (NQ – up to 1 year PQE) A strong seat in Employment Law during your training contract Excellent communication and drafting skills A proactive, client-focused approach with a real interest in developing expertise in employment law What’s On Offer: A clear path for career progression Ongoing mentoring and training The opportunity to work with a varied client base across multiple sectors A friendly and collaborative culture where your development is a priority If you’re a Newly Qualified Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career and specialise in Employment Law, we’d love to hear from you.
