The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, and is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Graduate or a caring individual interested in specialist education. You will gain a first-hand insight into development and neurodiversity, as well as the therapeutic and restorative methods used to help engage Autistic children. This will give you the experience essential to train as a Psychologist or Therapist in the future. This is also a great opportunity for a passionate individual looking to further their SEN experience. To be a successful Autism Teaching Assistant, you will need to be an excellent communicator, and have a patient and resilient attitude.
