Thepany delivers innovative design, small scale and large scale fit-out solutions across sectors including retail, education, and industrial environments.Your new roleAs an Assistant Estimator / Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality fit-out projects. Working closely with senior project QS and project managers, you’ll be responsible for estimating new enquiries, coordinating material orders, and maintaining project documentation. Your day-to-day will include:Preparing material take-offs from drawingsProducing estimates using internal costing methodsLiaising with suppliers and arranging meetingsOrdering materials for partitions, ceilings, and flooringUpdating project documents and health & safety informationManaging enquiries and creating job foldersHandling calls and general office administrationWhat you'll need to succeedStrong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellentmunication and customer service abilitiesKnowledge of internal fit-outs and associated materials (Ideal)Ability to use AutoCAD or similar software (preferred but not essential)Highly organised with attention to detailWhat you'll get in return£30,000 - £40,000 SalaryOffice-based role with a collaborative environment 20 + 8 days holiday Pension scheme after probationOpportunity to work on exciting projects with leading brands
