Our approach is co-designed with young people, built on psychological and relational groupwork practice, and delivered through local house projects (LHPs) across England and Scotland.You’ll join a small, committed Board working alongside staff and young people to support good governance, strategic development and continued growth. This is an exciting time, with new LHPs launching each year and a strong movement of young people influencing the work at every level.About the RoleTrustees work collectively to:Ensure financial stability and legal complianceProvide strategic guidance and oversightSupport a positive, inclusive organisational cultureChampion the voice and experience of young people in decision makingAct as a constructive partner to the senior leadership teamThere are four in-person Board meetings a year in Crewe, usually on Wednesdays between 11am and 3pm with young people attending as expert advisors.
