Proactively support the success of the ongoing performance management process to drive a high performing culture throughout the Central teams

Develop and deliver against the strategic resource plan for the Central teams in partnership with the hiring managers

Consider external best practise, leverage internal innovation and creative ideas to deliver an improved people service to designated Central/Village teams

Be the expert of employee relations practice and issues across jurisdiction

Working in close collaboration with all People Teams at Central level, to ensure that our Colleagues are at the heart of everything we do​
