Job Title:  Band 5 Audiologist Location: London Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (1 month) Duration: Ongoing Start Date: ASAP About the Role: St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and motivated Band 5 Audiologist to join our team on a full-time basis for a 1-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality audiology services to adult patients. This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £22 per hour. Main responsibilities of this Audiology vacancy: Conduct pure tone audiometry and immittance testing for adult patients. Manage adult direct access clinics, including assessments, hearing aid fittings, hearing aid reviews, and hearing aid repairs. Provide counselling and support to patients regarding their hearing health. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Essential requirements of this Audiology vacancy: Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom. Proven experience in conducting pure tone audiometry and immittance testing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing adult direct access clinics, including hearing aid services.
