Our commitment to academic excellence combined with a nurturing ethos makes Working with us a fantastic experience. we are looking to appoint a part-time inspirational and experienced High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who is friendly and adaptable with good knowledge of learning across EYFS KS1 and KS2, with a willingness to be flexible and support across the school, for a local primary school in Grimsby. The High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will ideally have experience delivering the Read, Write, Inc phonics scheme. This role is varied and will involve supporting children in the classroom, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis starting November 2025 for at least the academic year part time to /2026About the schoolAt this school, children and teachers alike share a vibrant vision of success for everyone. Here, every child is empowered to explore their potential and thrive in an inspiring learning environmentRequirements:The desired High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will: Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification to a Level 3 or above EYP is acceptableHave experience delivering the Read, Write, Inc Phonics schemeHave flexibility, reliability and adaptabilityHave recent experience supporting children aged 5-11Have a good understanding of how children learn and developExperience working in a similar role Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
