JOB TITLE: Commercial Paralegal - RemoteLOCATION: Remote / WFHHOURS: Full Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pmPAY RATE: £14 - £16phDURATION: 3 months initallyDuties to include:Working with contracts and documents, processing them and uploading them into internal databasesPreparing formal documents and maintaining contractsSetting up records both manually and uploading within the internal databaseProviding information to other departments and to organisations with which the company has relationships.Issuing reminders and reviews to ensure that decisions required are made in a timely manner and in accordance with the legal obligations and requirements.Noting from incoming communications, action dates on specific cases and then following routine departmental procedure for distribution of case files and remindersReview and negotiate NDAsExperience required:Able to respond to sometimes short notice requests for actionFrom a working legal backgroundExperience with reviewing and negotiating NDA's is highly desirableExperienced using Office systems and MS Teams and ideally Ironclad although this isn't essentialStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask, be flexible, and prepared to turn their hand to anything.Confident working within a team'Can do' attitude and good at prioritising workloadsReadily takes responsibility and uses initiativeNEXT STEPS:Apply today, the client is looking for someone to interview and start immediatelyPlease apply today with your up to date CVIf you experience any issues applying, please send your CV along with the name of the role you are applying for to Working as a temp is an ideal way of exploring different job roles and industries.
