About the Role This trainee-style position offers invaluable, hands-on experience working with vulnerable children and young people. Through building strong, trusting relationships, you will play a vital role in boosting engagement, self-esteem, and long-term life chances. You will be part of a creative, energetic, and supportive team—including teachers, therapists, and specialist staff—helping students overcome barriers related to trauma, additional needs, and adverse experiences. Your consistency and encouragement will help them develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of security.
