CNC OperatorLocation: Halesfield, TelfordSalary: £13.50 per hourHours: Mon–Thu 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–15:30We're looking for an experienced CNC Operator, ideally someone who's worked on lathes or milling machines to join our client’s manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery and have some experience using Alphacam or BobCAD to input, adjust, or modify existing CNC programmes as requiredKey Responsibilities of a CNC Operator:Operate and set CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision componentsLoad, adjust, and modify existing CNC programmes using Alphacam and/or BobCADInterpret technical drawings and CAD models to ensure accurate productionCarry out routine machine checks and maintain a safe working environmentWork closely with production staff to improve workflow and minimise downtimeMaintain accurate documentation relating to tooling, programmes, and set-up processesRequirements of a CNC Operator:Proven experience as a CNC OperatorStrong understanding of machining processes and toolingAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExcellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
