London, Greater London, United Kingdom Thomson Reuters Full time

About the Role

As a Lead User Experience Designer , you will:

Own the end-to-end design process - from initial planning to product design and polished visuals across your product area, with experience working across marketplace products. Ensure that the customer voice and product vision are embedded across your work, and that work is prioritized with trade-offs recommended based on customer and business value. Work hand in hand with design leadership and other team members to remove roadblocks as needed, and inform decision making across the rest of the team through ambiguity, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and UX best practices. Manage project requirements and tasks across your product area, as well as delegate and prioritise workload for FTE and contract team members. Collaborate closely and partner regularly with design team counterparts across Reuters Digital products. Mentor junior team members across the design organisation. Partner with the Research, Product and Engineering teams to drive clarity in product needs by helping define missing use cases, user stories and influence the overall solution. Articulate a compelling vision for customers across your product line. Create and facilitate technically and financially feasible integrated design decisions and solutions. Partner closely with the UX Research team to help identify iterative improvements across your product area.

About You

To be our Lead User Experience Designer you will likely have:
