Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled engineer who specialises in virtualization to join a dynamic IT team. This role will consist of designing, implementing and maintaining the virtualization infrastructure of the client. The successful candidate will need to have extensive expertise in virtualisation and all areas of troubleshooting, optimisation and maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Designing and implementing virtualization solutions using VMware & Hyper-V. This will include administering and optimizing virtual machines, network resources & storage within the virtual environments - ensuring efficiency and peak performance.Troubleshooting and maintaining of the infrastructure. This will include identifying and resolving advanced issues such as addressing VM performance, network connectivity and storage limitations. You will need to be able to resolve tier-2 and tier-3 support for the virtualisation infrastructure.Applying and upholding security practices is essential for the successful candidate. Ensuring the virtualisation solutions adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.
