Your responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Assistant will include:
Efficiently process invoices, credit cards, and expenses to ensure timely and accurate payments. Manage relationships with suppliers, resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise. Generate and analyse reports on company spend to provide valuable insights to management. Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure all required actions are completed on time and support various departments as needed. Assist in reconciling bank statements and AP sub-ledgers to the general ledger. Help the finance team where required, contributing to overall team success. To be considered for the role of Accounts Payable Assistant, you will require:
Ideally have previously worked in a similar position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Passionate about automating and refining processes. What's on Offer:
