The department has an ambitious curriculum map that leads students through their 7-year journey at FCC. Teachers regularly share ideas and work collaboratively to review, refine, and develop schemes of work that inspire and enthuse students. This role would equally suit an ECT or more experienced colleague, and the successful candidate may have the potential to teach some citizenship as appropriate. As a Gold Unicef Rights Respecting school, a desire to build strong, effective relationships with students and staff to foster a cohesive, inclusive, and positive school environment is also sought.
