Senior Associate Employment Solicitor Birmingham – £65,000 - £78,000 Senior Associate – Employment Solicitor Location: Stratford-upon-Avon or Birmingham (Hybrid Working) PQE: 5+ years A well-established and progressive regional law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to help drive the next stage of growth within its Employment team. With a strong base in both Stratford-upon-Avon and Birmingham, this is a standout opportunity for an experienced and strategically-minded employment lawyer looking to play a key role in a high-performing but close-knit team. This is a firm where senior lawyers are trusted to lead, shape client relationships, and influence the future of the practice. With the team enjoying its busiest ever period – and an impressive pipeline of high-quality, employer-side advisory work – this appointment comes at a pivotal time.
