Role : We are seeking a operative to join our client's manufacturing team as Assembly Operatives. As an Assembly Operative, you will play a vital role in assembling parts within electronics, ensuring efficient production processes, and testing components. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Assembling various parts and components according to specifications Working in a fast-paced production environment, meeting targets and deadlines Conducting testing procedures to ensure quality and functionality of finished products Performing general maintenance and cleaning tasks to optimise production processes 🎯 Requirements: Previous experience in assembly operations within a manufacturing environment Familiarity with using hand and power tools for assembly Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow assembly instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and quality standards Proven track record of meeting production targets and deadlines 💰 Hourly Rate: Starting from £11.44 per hour, with the opportunity to increase within due course. 🕒 Working Pattern: Full-time hours, working day shift only Monday - Friday.
