By building strong relationships with both teaching and support staff, you will work collaboratively to ensure that each student is equipped with the necessary tools to succeed.This position is ideal for an individual that holds experience supporting 11-16 year old children & holds proven track record of supporting students' well-being and personal development. However, we also welcome applications from individuals who have a strong desire to learn and make a positive impact on students' lives. The team at this school is known for their hard work, unwavering support, and warm welcome to all new staff members.As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in students' lives, helping them overcome challenges, develop resilience, and thrive both academically and personally. Your role will involve working closely with students, providing guidance, mentoring, and a listening ear when needed.
