Fancy leading a classroom without the pressure of planning? We’re on the lookout for confident, proactive Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Telford.As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step in when teachers are away—keeping things on track, managing behaviour, and delivering pre-set lessons with confidence and calm. If you’ve got experience with young people, a professional presence, and a knack for holding a room, this could be a great fit.What you’ll be doing: Supervising KS3 and KS4 lessons in the teacher’s absence Managing classroom behaviour with consistency and care Supporting students with additional needs to feel included and engaged Building positive relationships with students and school staff Keeping learning on track—no planning required What we’re looking for: UK right to work (British Passport or BRP + Share Code) Overseas Police Check (if applicable) Some experience in schools or working with young people Behaviour management confidence A flexible, can-do attitude Nice to have (but not essential): Relevant qualifications or training in education or behaviour management Why join Protocol Education?
