We are newly recruiting for an Associate to join our Real Estate team in Glasgow. This role would best suit a qualified Solicitor either Scottish or dual-qualified in England & Wales, looking for a flexible working role with excellent opportunities for progression.
 

Your Role

As a key addition to the Real Estate team, you can expect to be involved with:

  • A varied caseload of work spanning all aspects of real estate work
  • Supporting senior team members and the Partners on larger transactions and projects
  • Collaborating with colleagues elsewhere in our Real Estate teams nationwide
  • Nurturing existing client relationships and supporting in business development initiatives
Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for:

  • A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) Scottish qualified or dual-qualified in England & Wales between 1-3 year's PQE
  • Previous legal experience in a real estate/commercial property team
  • A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
  • Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development, and an appetite for keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in your practice area and sector focus
  • Understand your client's business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic team player, able to support senior fee earners and contribute to our collaborative culture
