The role will support the day-to-day use and continuous improvement of the Jaggaer procurement platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency across contract management, supplier onboarding and supplier performance data.This role works closely with procurement colleagues, contract owners, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and fully supported by high-quality system records and documentation.Key Responsibilities- Supplier Management & ComplianceFocus: All supplier-facing governance tasks, compliance monitoring and regulatory readiness.Supplier onboarding & vetting (docs, policies, financials)Maintain and update Approved Supplier ListTrack supplier ESG, CSR & risk documentationMaintain supplier compliance files for auditMonitor for changes in UK procurement law, ESG, Modern SlaveryRespond to internal & external audit requestsMaintain procurement risk registerDeliver procurement induction for new startersManage the Procurement Mailbox (triage, assign, clean)Maintain legal guidance notes folderOrganise supplier events, demo days, innovation showcasesThe Successful ApplicantThe Successful ApplicantAs a Procurement Officer, you'll support the team with supplier data, contracts, and procurement systems like Jaggaer.
