Senior Civil Engineer Our client is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team in Bristol. The experienced team works on projects throughout England and Wales and holds the company ethos of engagement, integrity, project ownership and enjoyment. This is a great opportunity for a technically minded Senior Civil Engineer to strengthen the Civils team, leading to the delivery of projects and contributing to ongoing growth and development. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in delivering all aspects of infrastructure design as well as someone who shows empathy, integrity and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities of the role: ·Provide strong technical leadership in delivering infrastructure design within the housing, commercial, educational and industrial sectors. ·Organise the timely delivery of projects independently, reporting to Technical Leads. ·Demonstrate a high level of knowledge in using the latest design software. ·Identify learning opportunities and support Junior Staff in their development. ·Continually work with the Civils Team to improve workflow efficiencies. ·Keep up to date with changes in relevant legislation and have a strong working knowledge of the technical and legal requirements for approval and adoption. ·Help the Civils Team enhance its reputation within the Welsh Marketplace.
