Known for their strong expertise in managing risk, your contributions will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow your career in apany that looks beyond profit to empower their employees to deliver to their customers.Your new role As a Conduct Risk Officer, you will play a key role in assisting thepany’s conduct risk management, ensuring it meetspany regulatory expectations. You will have a wide range of responsibilities, from risk and fair-value assessments to leading on monitoring reviews and investigations, as well as dealing with both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also be assisting with the production ofpliance reports and assisting with thepletion and submission of Lloyd’s and regulatory returns. This role will offer a flexible approach, with the ability for you to manage your own workload.What you'll need to succeed To do well in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of conduct risk in the UK, ideally with previous experience working within a similar role in the London market. Experience with delegated authority and distribution chains will be beneficial. You will need to have strong problem solving andmunication skills, withpetent use of Microsoft office.What you'll get in return This is a permanent role, with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.
