Job Description Hostel Assistant - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Ballymena This is a great opportunity to join the Northern Ireland Housing Executive as a Hostel Assistant, supporting vulnerable individuals in a frontline housing role. If you have strong customer service skills and enjoy a varied, hands-on position, we want to hear from you. About the role:  £13.69 per hour Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (on-call support after 5pm) 37 hours per week Holidays: 35 days pro rata Duration: Temporary, ongoing What you'll be doing in this role:  Occupancy checks in Larne, Ballymena, Carrickfergus Report referrals Working with statutory agencies and landlords IT skills, including creating spreadsheets, and record maintenance Report repair issues Criteria:  GCSE Maths & English 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role with customer service and IT skills Experience in dealing with difficult situations Must have access to a car As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure.
