The Recruitment Group is currently looking for Labourers to join our respected client near Witney. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to secure long-term, permanent employment with excellent pay, great benefits, and flexible working conditions.What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll be working as part of a busy production team in an outdoor, hands-on environment, helping to manufacture high-quality concrete flooring products. Key duties include:Manual handling and lifting of materialsSetting up and filling long-line steel mouldsMeasuring and setting moulds to precise specificationsCutting finished products to sizeForklift Counterbalance Truck operations (training can be provided)General cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areasSupporting supervisors with additional tasks as requiredPlease note: This is a labour-intensive role and will involve working outdoors in all weather conditions.What We’re Looking For:Good level of physical fitness and willingness to work in an outdoor environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyReliable, motivated, and hard-working attitudePrevious experience in manual labour or construction preferredForklift Counterbalance licence beneficial (training can be provided)Own transport (car/motorcycle) recommended due to rural locationRole Details:Pay: Starting from £13/hr Attendance Bonus Contract: Full-time, PermanentHours:40hr week: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm45hr week: Choice of 6:00am – 4:00pm or 7:00am – 5:00pmOvertime available, including some Saturday morningsStandard rate up to 45hrs, Time & a Half for hours over 45Benefits:Bonus scheme23 Days Annual Leave Public HolidaysAdditional day accrued every 2 years’ continuous service (up to max of 28 days)Company pension schemeFree on-site parking
