Finance Manager responsibilities:
Lead the finance department in creating financial reports and implementing financial strategies. Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's accounting functions. Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's goals. Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met. Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations. Develop forecasts and budgets, keeping senior stakeholders informed of the company's financial status. Conduct risk management analysis and make investment decisions. Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks and running the budgeting and forecasting processes Manage working capital and produce cash flow forecasts Prepare monthly accounts, posting accruals, prepayments and similar entries Prepare timely and detailed reports and analysis on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisThe Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the FMCG industry. Proficient user of finance software (e.g. Xero) Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations Ability to delegate and manage the work of others Strong technical accounting knowledge including AP and AR Experience of business partnering with financial analysis and forecasting Experience of producing full P&L budgets Excellent organisational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesWhat's on Offer
