What will your responsibilities be? Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed Benefits: 6 weeks holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) Pension scheme Flourish Rewards Staff discounts at our Social Enterprises Employee Assistance Program Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have,  Diploma or NVQ Level 1/2/3 desirable and essential for some roles Care Driver Significant experience supporting people with complex needs Strong organisational and communication skills A positive, team-oriented attitude Role is not open to sponsorship.
